What is a "track"?
In addition to offering core courses, Master's Commission gives students the opportunity to participate in specialized tracks that will help further develop each individual's unique calling in ministry. Each track involves advanced instruction, hands-on participation and/or leadership in the desired area of ministry and one-on-one discipleship.
What tracks do we offer?
Worship Track
Children’s Track
Leadership Track
Mission/Outreach Track
Prayer Track
College Degree
How does it work?
Each track is similar in structure but flexible to the Holy Spirit. Our desire is to equip you with revelation and experience that will prepare you to be sent into the mission field of the Great Harvest. Each person's experience will vary, but here are a few examples to help you better know what to expect:
- Those who choose the “Worship Track” will participate in intimate classes on the heart of worship, how to write worship songs, and music theory. They will also have the opportunity to be part of the worship team, take voice and instrument lessons, and much more.
- Those who choose the “Mission Track” will participate in classes on the heart of missions and how to lead local and foreign outreaches. You will participate in and potentially head up ministries like Adopt-A-Block (door-to-door outreach), Princess Night (ministering to prostitutes and helping rescue them off the street), Compassion Night (feeding the homeless and offering them an opportunity to leave the streets), and many other ministries throughout the city, the nation, and the world.
What happens if I don’t feel called to any of these opportunities?
The core classes and lifestyle of Master’s Commission will change your life dramatically, and the tracks will serve as an additive to your spiritual life. If you don’t feel called to any of these tracks, just go ahead and pick one that sounds interesting and watch what God will do.
